Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plant-based milk (e.g., almond or oat milk)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: maple syrup and fresh fruit for serving
Instructions:
Blend the oats, banana, plant-based milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
