Ingredients:
200g spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)
1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for topping
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, blend the avocado, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
Drain the pasta and toss it with the avocado sauce.
Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for extra flavor. Serve immediately.
