Creamy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for topping


Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  2. While the pasta cooks, blend the avocado, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.

  3. Drain the pasta and toss it with the avocado sauce.

  4. Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for extra flavor. Serve immediately.
